Day 99 - Kite Runner

Friday July 24th

Finished off the kitchen cabinet and I think Mrs N was quite impressed as it involved attaching it to the wall and precision drilling 2 holes into the metal door frame for the handle...using my wood drill bit. We loaded up the glasses and it looks pretty damn good, even though I say so myself.

Went for a walk up St Catherine's Hill with the neighbours and it was spectacular. The wind was strong and we flew a kite for a while and then walked down the steps that I had seen on my run last week - all 320 of them!. Ellen and Helena got stuck up a tree so I had to walk the way back up to rescue them. Sent a photo back to the running crew to see if they fancied joining me for some stair work.
