Day 28 - Four Weeks Growth

Progress report on my beard growth is not good. Four weeks and there is certainly enough for a 'tache but the beard part is distinctly patchy. I keep wanting to shave it off but Mrs N tells me to leave it. Another week tops.

Fully intended to do a couple of hours this morning but went for a run instead. By the time I was ready we went to Costco to stock up for the race...are you getting the drift. No work today.

I am actually very excited about the race although my fellow team members think I'm taking it a little too seriously. We shall see.

Packed my bag and finished off the cheat sheets for all 36 legs - quite proud of that I am. No Maths though (unless you count the Excel spreadsheet to calculate our projected time!!!)
