Ran the Lordshill 10m in howling gales and torrential rain. Appalling weather but my first outing in the WADAC vest so I worked hard and managed 68:18. Really pleased with the time and how good my legs felt. If I run that well in Gosport the 90 minute half marathon is within my grasp.
However, I did feel tired for the rest of the day! Ted played in goal for the first time and Wyvern scored their first goal of the season and almost got a result. They eventually lost 2-1 to the league leaders and restored a little pride
