Haven't been for a run since Wednesday as my legs still feel like lead, probably a combination of fatigue and head cold. Wrapped up warm and headed out into the wind and rain to watch Compton FC play over in Bishops Waltham. A very pretty village but the football wasn't pretty in the weather conditions, although the team is a step up from Wyvern.
Alice had 5 friends over for her birthday party and we went to see Fantastic Mr Fox. I loved that book as a kid and Dahl is such a good writer I can still vividly remember it. The film was not what I expected but very good all the same.
To cap off a great day, I settled down to watch QPR v Derby on TV and watched us come back from 0-2 down to win 4-2. Come on you RRRRRRRRRRs. Premier League here we come.
