Clearly not enough recovery time as I declined the offer to run two fast miles with Peter and Mike this morning and instead opted for one lap repetitions...upper legs feel very sore.
Some Maths this morning but mostly admin. I am very excited about the surprise game I have planned for Ted. A complete brainwave (though I say so myself), I am organising a testimonial for him between Eastern and Ted's All Stars. Ray confirmed that we can use Holy Child and he has ordered some Eastern shirts for it. Looking forward to that.
Excellent practice tonight with the girls and then straight to Ted's concert. Not quite the same as Alice's, possibly because Ted is not quite as committed to music.....
